Donkey-derived ingredient qPCR test kit

This kit uses a pair of donkey gene conserved region-specific primers, with FQ-buffer, heat-resistant DNA polymerase (Taqase), four nucleotide monomers (dNTPs) and other components, and amplified in vitro by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-probe method to achieve the purpose of rapid detection.
