Principle
Bacteria DNA Purification Kit is used to purify total genomic DNA from a variety of sample sources including fresh or frozen S.aureus, or bacteria. Sample extraction filter genomic DNA spin column and the DNA adsorbs to the Spin column membrane in the presence of high concentrations of chaotropic salt. Genomic DNA is purified from the DNA spin column through the elution and centrifugation. All purification process requires no phenol or chloroform extraction, or alcohol precipitation, and involves minimal handling.
The DNA and RNA are eluted separately，there is no need to divide the sample into two for separate purification procedures, finally maximum yields of DNA and RNA can be achieved.
Storage conditions and shelf-life
① The kit was dried at room temperature (20-25℃) for 12 months, at 2-8℃ for longer periods.
② Proteinase K, store at -20℃.
