Principle
The reagent kit utilizes the TaqMan probe-based real-time fluorescence PCR technique, designing specific primers targeting the highly conserved regions of Enterohemorrhagic E.coli (EHEC) genome. By employing a one-step fluorescence PCR method, the nucleic acids of Enterohemorrhagic E.coli (EHEC) are amplified and detected in vitro. In the presence of the Enterohemorrhagic E.coli (EHEC) nucleic acid template, the PCR reaction proceeds, releasing fluorescence signals. The instrument monitors and outputs the signal intensity in the corresponding channels during the PCR process in real-time, allowing for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the test results.

Intended Use

The reagent kit is designed for the detection of Enterohemorrhagic E.coli(EHEC) DNA in samples and other specimens, serving as an aid in the diagnosis of Enterohemorrhagic E.coli (EHEC) infection. Live samples are not provided for use as positive controls in this product; instead, artificially synthesized specific DNA fragment standards are provided as positive controls.
