Summary
The kit uses biotin-labeled RNA complementary probes to specifically bind to the target RNA. By pulling down the streptavidin magnetic beads, the DNA and proteins that interact with it will be adsorbed onto the magnetic beads and enriched together. The enriched DNA and proteins are separated, and the bound DNA sequences are detected by sequencing or the bound proteins are detected by mass spectrometry.
