This Super-sensitive ECL chemiluminescent reagent is a highly sensitive enhanced substrate for detecting horseradish peroxidase (HRP) on immunoblots. Its strong signal enables detection of picogram-level antigens and supports signal capture by photography or imaging. The membrane can be repeatedly exposed for optimal results, or stripped and re-probed for redetection.
