Introduction
K7 HiFi DNA Polymerase is an ultra-fast, high-fidelity DNA polymerase developed to deliver exceptional amplification efficiency, sensitivity, and broad template compatibility, with a fidelity 81-fold higher than that of conventional Taq DNA polymerase and an extension speed of up to 15 seconds per kilobase. K7 HiFi DNA Polymerase can efficiently amplify up to 40 kb simple templates (e.g. λDNA, plasmids), 20 kb complex templates (e.g. genomic DNA) and 10 kb cDNA.
