Principle
The Bovine TB antibody ELISA is an indirect Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay for the qualitative detection of Mycobacterium bovis antibody in serum. Specially selected Bovine TB antigens are used as detector materials in the test. It allows detection of the Bovine TB antibodies in specimens with a high degree of accuracy.
